Email Crisi“Most of my time is spent ensuring our members are happy, a typical day would include greeting visitors and members as they arrive, planning and organising events and activities to ensure there is the opportunity for everyone to have a fulfilling work-life balance. I love taking a walk around the campus and chatting with everyone who works with us. My role allows me to use my skills to produce content for the community app and social media platforms and organise great events.
I recently got married which was the best days of my life so far. I am currently studying for a bachelor’s degree in marketing. I also enjoy cooking and going for long walks with my dog.”

Leadership Training
Apply for ARC’s new leadership in innovation scale-ups coaching programme in partnership with Horizon 37, beginning March ’23.
The Transform Together programme has been designed to support CEOs and Executives of innovation scale-ups to fulfil and achieve their mission. The 6-month programme brings 10-15 leaders from innovation companies together with experienced coaches to develop and enhance their approach to leadership. The programme is run by Horizon 37 and has been used by leading companies across the UK and ARC Members can apply for a subsidised place.
