Fortnum and Mason and Ivy Farm collaborate on the future of farming 

Lab-grown meat could be about to take a small step closer to our plates, as Fortnum and Mason, the prestigious Piccadilly grocer, tests, Ivy Farm’s lab grown meat in its famous scotch egg.

The attraction of lab-grown meat is that it should vastly reduce the huge land requirement and greenhouse gas emissions from conventional livestock farming.
