Practical Tools for Focus, Stress and Resilience. As part of our Thrive season, we are inviting you to join us for a 90-minute Learn & Lunch session on Mindfulness at Work, focused on practical, evidence-based tools to support focus, stress management, and resilience in everyday working life.

This session is designed to help you:

  • Understand how stress impacts attention, decision-making, and emotional regulation
  • Learn simple mindfulness tools you can use at work (and at home)
  • Build awareness of habitual stress responses and develop more helpful alternatives
  • Leave with at least one practice you can try immediately during your working day

The session includes short, guided practices and practical ways to integrate mindfulness to your day.
