Every week on every campus at ARC Uxbridge we run ARC Routines – social sessions alternating between member drinks, lunches, walks and breakfasts to suit different working patterns and neurotypes. If you’re curious about visiting a different campus all arc members are welcome at any event in our network.

I organise activities and events on the campus, and ensure our members enjoy coming to campus and have a satisfying work/life balance.
I used to be a journalist and I now write books in my spare time, I have 4 children aged between 6 and 15 so don’t have much spare time.
I love my role here as I get to use my journalist skills creating content for the website , app and social as well as meeting and greeting lots of different people on a daily basis.

Leadership Training
Apply for ARC’s new leadership in innovation scale-ups coaching programme in partnership with Horizon 37, beginning March ’23.
The Transform Together programme has been designed to support CEOs and Executives of innovation scale-ups to fulfil and achieve their mission. The 6-month programme brings 10-15 leaders from innovation companies together with experienced coaches to develop and enhance their approach to leadership. The programme is run by Horizon 37 and has been used by leading companies across the UK and ARC Members can apply for a subsidised place.
