Our campus is designed to foster vibrant innovation communities – with rich event programmes, fantastic facilities and stellar spaces.
The Community and Events team is standing by ready to help you get the most out of everything on offer – whether it’s hooking up with like-minded businesses, or getting your teeth into street food. It’s a packed schedule every week in our event spaces.
Members of ARC Oxford have access to Oxford Works; a campus hub with break-out spaces, a cafe, bookable meeting rooms and event spaces.

Community Manager

Jodie Mcnamara
I have the best job in the world and I’ve been lucky enough to do it for nearly 20 years.
I plan and deliver the engagement programme and organise everything from community events, exercise classes and wellness workshops to BBQs, parties, and educational courses for our ARC Oxford community of almost 3,000 people. Our ARC Oxford community is truly at the heart of the campus and of East Oxford.
I’m based at, and manage, Oxford Works which is our vibrant collaborative workspace designed to bring people together, spark ideas, and support flexible working. I also look after The Market Place where we hold our regular parties and open air cinema events.
Coming from a big family, I’ve always loved bringing people together over food (hence all the BBQs!). Now, I get to do that on a much bigger scale every single day.
