Health Coaching Session

You are invited to attend a personalised 30-minute face-to-face health coaching session designed to connect your lifestyle, wellbeing, and measurable health outcomes.

During your session, you will receive:
• A lifestyle assessment covering key health areas including nutrition, movement, sleep, mindset, and stress.
• Body measurements such as weight, waist circumference, BMI, and blood pressure.
• A coaching conversation to explore your personal challenges, clarify motivation, and identify your health priorities.
• A co-created action plan with one to three realistic steps to support your energy, wellbeing, and health markers over the next three months.

These sessions are designed to help you understand your current health status, what matters most to you, and how to move forward with clarity and confidence.
