This challenge is for you, a personal journey. We want to make it fun and create a way for everyone to support each other on our journeys. As such, you’ll be part of a WhatsApp community group where we’ll celebrate each other’s successes.
This year, we want to support everyone in getting active so we’re encouraging you to set physical challenges. It could be 10-minutes of daily stretching, a core or squat workout, a daily walk for a set time, 2,000 steps a day – whatever you choose, make sure it’s realistic and achievable within your daily routine.
