Free lunchtime pilates
We’re working with Founded Wellness to deliver a programme of wellness events on campus.
The class will be held every Wednesday lunchtime, on-site in the Yoga Studio located in The Clubhouse. The class will be live streamed but please note, we recommend attending in person if you can to have the best experience.
Join Haydee from Founded Wellness for this online all levels, 45-minute pilates practice on the mat. The class will work towards improving body awareness and introduces the principles of pilates for use both in the class and whilst going about daily work activities. Pilates increases strength and flexibility and is known for its focus on the spine and improving posture. Attending this class will not only work on physical aspects of the body but also offer time away from your workload and helping to manage workplace stress. This Pilates class is suitable for all levels of fitness and experience.
How to prepare:

– Roll out a mat or a towel
– Bring some water
– Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in
