ARC Uxbridge welcomes Norgine

Norgine, a leading European specialist pharmaceutical company, has relocated its UK office to ARC Uxbridge, further strengthening the campus’ growing pharma cluster.

Norgine is taking 24,000 sq. ft in Building 01, which has recently undergone a substantial refurbishment and will join biotech and pharmaceutical members on the campus including, Bristol Myers Squibb, Parexel, Daiichi Sankyo and Amgen.

Norgine is a uniquely positioned, specialty pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare company, with over €500 million of annual revenues and a 120-year track record of delivering bringing life-changing products to patients and consumers across our core markets of Western Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

Norgine will also become part of ARC’s wider network of over 100 life science organisations including Moderna, OMass Therapeutics and Barinthus Bio who are working towards developing novel therapeutics.

Over the last twelve months ARC Uxbridge has let over 96,000sq. ft at the campus following extensive development and refurbishment of the campus’s buildings. The refurbished Building 01 has led to an EPC A and BREEAM very good rating and has been designed to create flexible spaces with a focus on wellbeing. New sustainable measures have also been introduced including roof mounted PV panels and air source heat pumps.  ARC Uxbridge is a connected innovation campus sitting within 70 acres of London’s green belt. It is designed to foster creativity, innovation, community and collaboration, from the spaces such as Adapt, a dynamic co-working hub for campus’ members, the Clubhouse, a café, seminar and meeting place, through to the specially curated member’s event programme and the surrounding green parkland, with trails, sport pitches and fishing lake.
