ARC Oxford volunteers come together to transform Blackbird Leys adventure playground
In 2025, ARC Oxford proudly hosted its annual Volunteer Day at Blackbird Leys Adventure Playground, supporting a vital community space for local children and families. The day focused on revamping the play area to create a safer, brighter, and more welcoming environment for underprivileged children in the area.
Twenty-five campus members from Freeths, Pennington Manches Cooper, and Perspectum took time out of their working week to give back to the local community. Volunteers rolled up their sleeves to refresh play equipment, improve outdoor spaces, and help transform the playground into a place where children can play, explore, and thrive.
The day was a powerful example of collaboration, community spirit, and social impact, reflecting ARC Oxford’s ongoing commitment to supporting local initiatives and creating positive change beyond the campus.
