The combination of business lounge, meeting rooms and concierge facilities will ensure occupiers have everything on hand to make the most of the working day.
The restaurant and café facilities will provide a range of food and drink options from a quick coffee and snack through to a full business lunch. A penthouse club room has been incorporated in Refinery to give a quiet space for contemplation and discussion that can also be used by occupiers to host events and entertain guests, whilst taking in the stunning views of the new park and river beyond.
The fitness suite in Refinery will offer a range of fitness classes throughout the week, helping occupiers stay in shape. The remodelled park and external spaces have also been designed to provide areas for outdoor classes like boot camps and circuit training. It will also be used to host an active programme of events throughout the year.

Oxford Business Park is already home to our manufacturing facility known as Oxbox, which is in operation for our viral vector manufacturing activities and also supporting the manufacturing of a COVID-19 vaccine candidate. In March 2020, as our activities and workforce expanded, we took the decision to relocate our corporate headquarters team from our existing HQ to a new facility on the Park. Arlington have helpfully accommodated all of our commercial requirements and we are delighted with the quality of the building and the wider environment.

For electric car owners there are electric charge points located at RAL Reception (R75).
Hire a bike or e-bike for free from the bike hub at Didcot Parkway railway station.
Visitor spaces are available at the Thomson car park and the Ridgeway car park.
The autonomous shuttle service operates two routes around Campus weekdays, morning to evening.

Didcot, Harwell, Abingdon, Wantage and surrounding villages the X32/32A runs throughout the day every 10 minutes. Allow for 15 minutes to campus. There is a bus stop (R2 and R3) directly out the front of Didcot parkway station. There is also the number 34 bus directly to Abingdon and local villages.
