ARC named Best Developer at the UK Life Sciences Property Awards
ARC (Advanced Research Clusters), has been named Best Developer at the Construction News and Property Week Life Sciences, Tech and Research Clusters Awards, recognising its leadership in creating world-class environments for science and innovation, alongside its commitment to sustainability, inclusivity and long-term economic impact.
The award celebrates ARC’s achievements across its growing portfolio of science and innovation campuses in Oxford, West London, Harwell and Uxbridge, which collectively support more than 10,000 people and over 300 occupier organisations.
Judges recognised ARC’s delivery of pioneering developments including Lumen, the UK’s first neuroinclusive commercial laboratory, as well as the continued expansion of its Motherlabs incubator network and innovation spaces. The award also highlights ARC’s investment in smart energy infrastructure, low-carbon technologies and its ability to attract leading science and technology organisations to its campuses.
