Is there a new lifestyle change you would like to make for 2025? Build a habit and make it a permanent lifestyle change. The 21/90 rule states that it takes 21 days to make a habit and 90 days to make it a part of your permanent lifestyle. Join our 28X Challenge for the whole of February 2025 and commit to your goal for 28 days. This challenge is for you, a personal journey. We want to make it fun and create a way for everyone to support each other on our journey. You will be a part of a WhatsApp community group where we are each other’s buddies. Sign up using the form below with your name and a brief description of your goal. Make it specific e.g. I will walk at least 8k steps per day.
Examples of good habits:
- Reading 10 pages of a book a day
- Drinking 2-4 litres of water a day
- Track spending – save a certain amount of money at the end of the challenge and set a long
- Practise meditation for 10 minutes each day
- Learn a new language
- Journal for 10 minutes each day – 5 reasons to be grateful (practice gratitude)
- 10K steps per day
- Social media detox – limit yourself to 10 minutes only everyday for 28 days
- Give up smoking or vaping
- Listen more, talk less
- Make your goal SMART – Be Specific, use your cross off chart to Measure your progress, ensure that it is Achievable, make it Relevant to you, and Time-bound (28 days plus)
- You’ll be put into a WhatsApp group with other 28Xers. You will have a tracker or you can use a habit tracking app to monitor your progress.
- Keep your streak going until the end of the month!
