The Power of Sleep wellbeing session

This interactive 45 minutes workshop will be covering:

  • Sleep disruptors;
  • The impact poor sleep can have on your mental and physical healthpower of sleep;
  • The science behind why we sleep what our bodies are doing while we sleep;
  • The importance of  sleep hygiene;
  • Top tips for a great night’s sleep.

The workshop will be held on Wednesday 5th July from 12:15-1pm.
