Take half an hour for yourself this January to pause, reflect, and check in on your health. In your personal session with Tetiana Fomenko from FortifyMe, you’ll explore how your daily habits affect your energy, focus, and wellbeing, and what small changes could make a real difference.

You’ll start with a few simple measurements and a chat about how you’re feeling, looking at things like sleep, movement, nutrition, and stress. Together, you’ll identify what’s working well and where there’s room for improvement.

By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a clear picture of your current health and a short, realistic plan to help you feel your best over the next few months.

In March, you’ll have the opportunity to follow-up online with Tetiana to talk about what’s been going well, any challenges you’ve met along the way and what to focus on next.
