Shaping Your Future Talent Pipeline

Join the OxLEP Skills Team on Wednesday, April 19th between 08.30 – 16.00 to discover how you can shape the future talent pipeline and support your local community by contributing to skills development in Oxfordshire. 

Hear about how you can engage with local schools and colleges or get involved with mentoring. Learn about unlocking and accessing the apprenticeship levy and how to take advantage of the apprenticeship grant scheme to help remove barriers around apprenticeships.

If you’d like to support the local community by pledging up to 25% of your levy but have not yet actioned it or have questions about the process and how to get started, they will help you.

Please join us for a breakfast presentation at 08.30am, a lunch presentation at 12.30 pm (noon), or drop in any time from 08.30 – 16.00. All sizes of business are welcome. You don’t have to be the owner or MD, just someone invested in developing your future talent pipeline!
