How to join:

  1. Sign up using the form below with your name and a brief description of your goal. Make it specific! For example: “I will walk at least 10k steps per day.”
  2. Choose a habit that excites you! Here are some ideas:
  • Practice meditation for 10 minutes each day.
  • Learn a new language
  • Walk 10K steps per day.
  • Social media detox – limit yourself to 10 minutes only every day for 28 days.
  • Give up smoking or vaping.

Make your goal SMART:

  • Specific: Clearly define your goal.
  • Measurable: Use a cross-off chart or habit tracking app to monitor your progress.
  • Achievable: Set a realistic goal.
  • Relevant: Choose something meaningful to you.
  • Time-bound: Commit to 28 days.

You’ll be added to a WhatsApp group with other 28Xers, where you can share your journey and keep each other motivated. Keep your streak going until the end of the month and see the amazing progress you can make!
